Pasta With Olives
Chop the olives. Peel the garlic and mince.
Peel and chop the tomatoes. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the minced garlics on medium heat.
Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, hot red pepper and thyme and cook.
Remove the mixture from the stove and blend it with the olives.
Boil the pasta in boiling water for about 9 minutes and add some salt if desired.
After draining the pasta, take it to the serving plate.
Pour the prepared tomato sauce over the pasta. Decorate with chopped basil and serve hot.

- 1 kg small size tomato
- 3 cloves of garlic
- A teaspoon thyme
- A hot red pepper
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- A bowl of pitted black olives
- Chopped fresh basil
